  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili oil (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Fresh chopped chives or green onions, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Prepare the filling:
    In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add chopped cauliflower, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Let it cool.
  2. Assemble the dumplings:
    Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal. You can pleat them or simply press the edges tightly.
  3. Cook:
    Steam or pan-fry until golden and cooked through. For a crispy bottom, pan-fry with a splash of water and cover for 5–6 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce:
    Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sesame seeds, and maple syrup. Drizzle over the hot dumplings.
  5. Garnish & serve:
    Sprinkle fresh chives or green onions on top, and enjoy!
