Made this today and OMG 😍 — it’s SO good!! Creamy, flavorful, and full of that classic Caribbean kick 🌶️. You won’t even miss the dairy — the sauce is rich, velvety, and hugs every bite of pasta perfectly.


🍝 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ tsp jerk seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes, add broccoli to the same pot. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Stir in jerk seasoning, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, and lime juice. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  4. Toss in the pasta and broccoli, and coat evenly in the sauce.
  5. Adjust seasoning, serve warm, and enjoy that creamy-spicy perfection! 🤤
