🐔 Diabetic-Friendly Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz light cream cheese (reduced-fat)
- ½ cup shredded part-skim cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp cooked turkey bacon bits (or lean bacon, drained)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
