🌿 Ingredients:
- 2 cups steamed broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (cheddar-style works best)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour or oat flour
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
👩🍳 Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
