🍳 Air Fryer Poached Eggs Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as many as you need)
  • Cooking spray or a little oil
  • Ramekins or silicone muffin cups
  • Water (1–2 tablespoons per egg)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Cups:
    • Lightly spray ramekins or silicone muffin cups with cooking spray.
    • Add 1–2 tablespoons of water into each cup.
  2. Crack the Egg:
    • Crack one egg into each cup, right over the water.
  3. Air Fry:
    • Place the ramekins/cups in the air fryer basket.
    • Set temperature to 350°F (175°C).
    • Cook for 5–6 minutes for runny yolks, or a bit longer for firmer ones.
  4. Check & Serve:
    • Carefully lift the cups out (they’ll be hot!).
    • Use a spoon to gently lift the egg out.
    • Serve over toast, avocado, or however you like your poached eggs!

🍽️ Tips:

  • Customize: Add salt, pepper, or chili flakes after cooking.
  • Don’t skip the water — it helps create steam for that perfect poach.
  • Adjust timing slightly depending on your air fryer model.
