π Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms

π Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) whole mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3β4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for extra depth)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (or Italian herbs)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

- Prep the mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems if needed but keep them whole for maximum juiciness. - Marinate:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic (if using), thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until fully coated. - Air fry:
Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380Β°F (193Β°C) for 10β12 minutes, shaking halfway through. - Garnish & serve:
Once golden and tender, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot!
