Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (or Mix) Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or use breasts, drumsticks, or a combination)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.
- Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub each piece with olive oil, then generously coat all sides with the seasoning blend.
- Prepare the air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the basket in a single layer, skin-side up. Make sure there’s some space between each piece to allow for proper air circulation.
- Cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.
- Rest and serve: Carefully remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
