These crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside bites are packed with broccoli, vegan cheese, and flavor. Dip them in your favorite creamy sauce and watch them disappear fast!


🌿 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (cheddar-style works best)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour or oat flour
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite vegan dipping sauce (like cashew cheese or spicy aioli).

🌱 Tip: You can also air fry them at 375°F (190°C) for about 12 minutes for an extra-crispy finish!
