🥗 You’ll Need:

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, cut into thick slices
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional but 🔥 for a little kick)

🍴 How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick “steaks” and place them on a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper.
  4. Roast for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
