Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (or Mix) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or use breasts, drumsticks, or a combination)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  3. Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub each piece with olive oil, then generously coat all sides with the seasoning blend.
  4. Prepare the air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the basket in a single layer, skin-side up. Make sure there’s some space between each piece to allow for proper air circulation.
  6. Cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.
  7. Rest and serve: Carefully remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
