- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, or your favorite steak seasoning blend.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
3. Cook the Steak
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not overlapping for even cooking.

- Flip the steaks using tongs and cook for an additional 7 minutes for medium doneness (adjust the time for your desired level of doneness).

- Medium-Well: 155°F (68°C)
- Well-Done: 160°F (71°C)
5. Rest and Serve
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
