Air Fryer Cajun Flounder
Light, flaky, and bursting with flavor – ready in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
4 flounder fillets (about 4 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry flounder fillets and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Mix spices in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Air fry for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges!
