๐ŸŒŸ Air Fryer Salmon โ€“ Crispy, Juicy & Flavor-Packed

๐Ÿง‚ Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

๐Ÿงก Optional Honey Mustard Glaze (looks like what’s on yours!):

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Season the salmon:
    Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. (Optional) Add glaze:
    Mix all glaze ingredients together and brush over the top of the salmon fillets.
  4. Air fry:
    Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down (if using skin). Cook for 10โ€“12 minutes, or until the top is golden and salmon flakes easily with a fork. No flipping needed!
  5. Garnish & serve:
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, veggies, or a simple salad.

  • Serve with garlic mushrooms ๐Ÿ„ or roasted asparagus
  • Add to a rice bowl with avocado and soy drizzle
  • Flake into tacos or wraps for a quick meal
