๐ Air Fryer Salmon โ Crispy, Juicy & Flavor-Packed

๐ง Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
๐งก Optional Honey Mustard Glaze (looks like what’s on yours!):
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
๐ฅ Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 3 minutes.
- Season the salmon:
Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - (Optional) Add glaze:
Mix all glaze ingredients together and brush over the top of the salmon fillets. - Air fry:
Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down (if using skin). Cook for 10โ12 minutes, or until the top is golden and salmon flakes easily with a fork. No flipping needed! - Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, veggies, or a simple salad.
